HIKING BACKPACK

Sangbin and I are going hiking 40 minutes outside of Columbus on Saturday.

We’re borrowing my cousin’s backpacks and planning to hike all day, so we made a trip to Field and Stream to pick up essentials like Mountain House freeze dried foods and moleskin bandages.

While we were there an employee named Robert took us around and was so helpful! I can definitely see how people could spend a lot of money on outdoors equipment – camping equipment is so cool! My favorites were the cold weather sleeping bags from North Face in a beautiful blue color and the adorable tin cups and wool socks.

Also, as I’m writing this, Sangbin is packing my backpack with our supplies. He pulled out our bathroom scale and weighed my bag, “15 pounds,” he just said. Meep.

What are your plans for this weekend?
